Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your spices. If there’s an issue with your order, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product is:

  • Unopened and in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by your purchase receipt

⚠️ Please note: For food safety reasons, opened spice packs cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds are processed within the timeframe required by law, once returned items are inspected.

What is your return policy?

Unopened spice packs can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For food safety reasons, opened items cannot be returned unless they were delivered damaged or defective.
